You should do a market analyses no matter what you are selling, because you should know your buyers and what is the thing that motivates them to buy. Do a research over your competition and find all the details you can use.
Usually, a different product is a product promoted by shocking messages, so, if you can find the right message, a great part of the selling is solved.
The last, but not least, you should use AHGA (Atract, hook, grow, action) Technique. You should attract you buyer attention, hook him with some interesting facts, grow his desire in your products and make him take action.
